Living Valor was founded by Chad and Emma Miller, a husband and wife in Georgia who have walked through more than we ever expected.

At 19, Emma was diagnosed with a rare phyllodes tumor. The years that followed brought treatment, travel between doctors in Atlanta and Baltimore, and seven pregnancy losses across three years, alongside the births of our two sons, Valor and Titus.

At the end of last year, Emma underwent a double mastectomy. This summer, she will go through reconstruction. The road is not finished, and we are still walking it.

Through all of it, our faith in Jesus has been the steady ground beneath us. He did not spare us from the hard seasons, but He has carried us through every one of them, and turned what could have broken us into something we are meant to build.

Living Valor is what we are building.

Every candle we pour is made by hand, in small batches, in our home state of Georgia. Each one carries a piece of our story: a marriage that held, a faith that grew, and two sons whose names remind us every day that life is a gift and valor is forged in the hardest places.
